So many good thoughts and suggestions here. Each one of them had me mentally exploring my space thinking about the huge impact they would make! Thanks so much for sharing!
Love these ideas! I also recently added peel and stick wallpaper to the inside back wall of my kitchen cabinets so that when I open them, it's a fun whimsical reminder to not take life too seriously. ❤️
I hung curtains recently and followed some advice re extending the rod to 8 inches each side of the frame. I thought this was overkill at the time. But now I can open the curtains so they are completely outside the frame, which means the afternoon sun doesn't shine on the backs. Perhaps will protect against fading.
I love this post! I've recently focused on these small, relatively affordable updates and just ordered new switch plates. Another mini project I think will be of major impact: recovering my blah-colored boucle headboard. Just bought some fabric swatches to test!
I looove this. Another recommendation I recently did in my apartment is decorating my hallway. Taking a rather mundane overlooked space, adding thrifted mirrors and a wall sconce and a runner rug and it's become my favorite part of my apartment.
So many good accessible ideas here, thank you for sharing. Will definitely be looking at changing up my light switches for something more visually joyful!
Can you recommend a source for upgrading switch plates and outlet covers?
Etsy has some really amazing ones to add loads of personality. I’ve bought packs of brass ones from Amazon before, but my favorites are from wallplates.com specifically these ones https://www.wallplates.com/products/163tbr
I love all these interior images--so many intriguing details--but where are they from?

I love this! I need to find a cabinet now I can do this too! Love an unexpected wallpaper moment.

Bookmarking! I feel like I know “good” interior design when I see it but never know how to actually make it happen 😅 this helps!!
Well, I now need everything on this list. Especially the cabinet foot handles 💔
Love this! All are actually attainable

They way I've been wanting those wavy outlet covers. One day my whole house will have stunning outlet covers, mark my words!
I’ve been pondering the long, tall shower curtains. But where do you find a liner long enough?
